This course is for the advanced dancer who is comfortable with all the essential techniques from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, sensual basic etc) and is able to effortlessly use and combine these in social dancing. In the course, we focus on advanced techniques, exercises, and figures built to play with and test technique. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and traditional bachata.

In the course, we will start from the very beginning and work from the basic steps building up to simple combinations and introductions to the first concepts of Bachata Sensual. If you’re looking to develop your dancing, expand your musicality, and bring more flavor to your social dancing, this class is for you! Throughout the course, we will focus on:
- Learning essential Dominican footwork and partner patterns
- Understanding musicality and how to use this in Dominican as well as modern music
- Expanding your knowledge of bachata and its history and roots, including merengue, bolero & son
- Building social dance skills – learning how to improvise, play, and have fun with your partner on the dance floor

Welcome to the Strength & Flexibility course! This course is for the dancer who wants to improve flexibility and strength and feel more controlled and fluid in your dancing! This course is designed for dancers who want to supplement their bachata training with targeted strength and flexibility work. You will learn exercises that improve core stability, over all strength as well mobility and flexibility - all essential for better body control and more fluid dancing, as well as injury prevention. By the end of the course, you will feel more connected to your body, with more strength and mobility, helping you move with ease and confidence both on the dance floor and in everyday life.

Builds more variety and naturalness in your social dancing by giving you more tools and figures. Focus is on strengthening leading and following technique by introducing more combinations and concepts from modern and sensual bachata. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable in your dancing. We recommend taking this level once. If you don’t feel comfortable at the end of the course, you are always welcome to repeat it.

Continues building variety and naturalness in your social dancing by giving you more tools and figures from sensual and modern bachata. Focus is mainly on strengthening partner work technique while we also start working with solo techniques to improve body movement, styling and musicality. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable and creative in your dancing. We recommend taking this level once or twice. If you find the course easy, you can progress to level 4. If you are still challenged on this level, we recommend taking it again - the course material will be different over two seasons

This course is for the intermediate dancer who has some experience with bachata and has completed an improver course. The course is based on Sensual Bachata and you will learn all the Sensual Essentials – both techniques and moves as well as the tools to put them together in a smooth and fun dance. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable in your social dancing through better technique, repetoire and creativity

This course is for the high intermediate dancer who is comfortable with the essential techniques and elements from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, hip rolls etc) which we learn in Intermediate 1. In the course, we deep dive further into the world of Sensual Bachata technique. We will build on the techniques you already know and combine these in new ways, learn new variations etc to make your dance more controlled and fluod. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident and smooth in your social dancing. We recommend taking this level as long as is needed. The course material will not be repetitive between seasons. We recommend combining it with the Social Tools class.

This course is for the ladies who are still fairly new to lady style and solo dancing, and who want to work on their foundational dancing techniques, their solo movements and simple and useable lady styling concepts. During the course, you will learn how to use your body, hands, head and feet in a smooth way when you dance. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident in your dancing and have more tools and ideas for movements and styling, both alone and in couples. -

This course is for the intermediate dancer who has some experience with bachata partner dancing and is ready to further evolve and try something fun! In the course, we will work with partner choreography, learning a choreo to a specific song throughout the course that we will film in the end. Through the choreo, we will focus on - Building muscle memory of common and essential movements - How to adapt your dance to different sections of a song - Adding beautiful and clean styling to your social dance - Making your leading and following more clean and clear - Having fun together and building a unique memory for the future We recommend taking this class in combination with a class that focused on social dancing technique, such as Intermediate 1.

This course is for the dancer who wants to develop their style and expand their repertoire by working with the bachata fusion style - a modern style of bachata focusing on dynamic, spicy and creative movements and figures. We recommend that you are comfortable with the essential sensual bachata techniques (front waves, side waves, head rolls, hip rolls etc) before taking this course, as the course will build on and play with these techniques. During this course, you will learn fun new combinations to spice up your bachata dancing! The focus will be on creative dancing in partnerwork as well as how to apply your own style when dancing bachata.
