In the course, we will start from the very beginning and work from the basic steps building up to simple combinations and introductions to the first concepts of Bachata Sensual. By the end of the course, you will be able to dance socially, using the figures and tools you have learned in class. If you are curious about the dance, you can come try the first class for free! Do you want to work on your foundational lady styling, body movement and solo dance technique? Then this course is for you! We will focus on giving improver and intermediate level dancers the tools they need to improve their solo dancing, in order to become better dancers in partner dancing
This course is for the ladies who are still fairly new to lady style and solo dancing, and who want to work on their foundational dancing techniques, their solo movements and on simple and useable lady styling concepts. During the course, you will learn how to warm up your body for dancing and how to use your body, hands, head and feet in a smooth way when you dance. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident in your dancing and have more tools and ideas for movements and styling, both alone and in couples.
