Winter season 2025 – Heels and Dance Training (Level 5-6)

This special edition course is designed for the experienced dancer who wants to dive deeper into dance technique, body training, and the art of dancing in heels. Ane will bring all her experience from other dance genres, to make you a better general dancer, which will strengthen your foundation for bachata

You will learn an elegant choreo which will be filmed in class 7. However, the focus of the course will be not only on learning a choreography, but also on training your body to feel stronger, more stable, and more comfortable when dancing and dancing in heels.

We’ll focus on:

Posture, Body movement & awareness

Balance and stability in heels

Across-the-floor drills

Core conditioning & floor exercises

Expressiveness & confidence in performance
