In the course, we focus on useable and fun combinations and techniques, musicality, styling and much more. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and dominican bachata to make your dance more fluid and dynamic. This special edition course is designed for the experienced dancer who wants to dive deeper into dance technique, body training, and the art of dancing in heels. Ane will bring all her experience from other dance genres, to make you a better general dancer, which will strengthen your foundation for bachata ❤️  
    You will learn an elegant choreo which will be filmed in class 7. However, the focus of the course will be not only on learning a choreography, but also on training your body to feel stronger, more stable, and more comfortable when dancing and dancing in heels.

    Summer season 2025 – Lady Style (Level 4-6)

    Ladies! This course is all about you—your movement, your style, and your confidence. The goal of the class is to create a space where you can let go, explore your dancing, and have fun while working on technique and styling that will make you feel amazing on the dance floor.
    We will work with a wide range of styling concepts of bachata: working on posture, isolations, hips, arms, waves, turns, heads and all those beautiful details that make your dancing feel smooth and effortless. Ane will also introduce you to heels dancing and how to start moving in a way that feels natural, strong, and elegant while wearing heels (heels are voluntary, and only for those interested). We will also put things together into some fun, stylish combinations.
