This course is for the advanced dancer who is comfortable with all the essential techniques from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, sensual basic etc) and is able to effortlessly use and combine these in social dancing. In the course, we focus on advanced techniques, exercises, and figures built to play with and test technique. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and traditional bachata.

Out of stockThis course is for the new bachata dancer who has never danced bachata before, or for the dancer who wants to revisit the complete basics, for example after a longer break. In the course, we will start from the very beginning and work from the basic steps building up to simple combinations and introductions to the first concepts of Bachata Sensual. Welcome to the Strength & Flexibility course! This course is for the dancer who wants to improve flexibility and strength and feel more controlled and fluid in your dancing! This course is designed for dancers who want to supplement their bachata training with targeted strength and flexibility work. You will learn exercises that improve core stability, over all strength as well mobility and flexibility - all essential for better body control and more fluid dancing, as well as injury prevention. By the end of the course, you will feel more connected to your body, with more strength and mobility, helping you move with ease and confidence both on the dance floor and in everyday life.
