You will learn an elegant choreo which will be filmed in class 7. However, the focus of the course will be not only on learning a choreography, but also on training your body to feel stronger, more stable, and more comfortable when dancing and dancing in heels.We’ll focus on:- Posture, Body movement & awareness

- Balance and stability in heels
- Across-the-floor drills
- Core conditioning & floor exercises
- Expressiveness & confidence in performance
- Learning one choreography to bring all the elements together

This course is for the new bachata dancer who has never danced bachata before, or for the dancer who wants to revisit the complete basics, for example after a longer break. In the course, we will start from the very beginning and work from the basic steps building up to simple combinations and introductions to the first concepts of Bachata Sensual. By the end of the course, you will be able to dance socially, using the figures and tools you have learned in class. If you are curious about the dance, you can come try the first class for free! This course is for the advanced dancer who is comfortable with all the essential techniques from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, sensual basic etc) and is able to effortlessly use and combine these in social dancing. In the course, we focus on advanced techniques, exercises, and figures built to play with and test technique. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and traditional bachata.

Out of stockThis course is for the high intermediate dancer who is comfortable with the essential techniques and elements from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, hip rolls etc). In the course, we focus on useable and fun combinations and techniques, musicality, styling and much more. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, and the is on building on and combining what you have learned in Intermediate 1 to make your dance more fluid and dynamic. By the end of the course, you will feel more confident, smooth and creative in your social dancing.

Out of stockThis course is for the intermediate dancer who has some experience with bachata and has completed an improver course, or for the experienced dancers who want to revisit their sensual essentials. The course is based on Sensual Bachata and you will learn all the Sensual Essentials – both techniques and moves as well as the tools to put them together in a smooth and fun dance. By the end of the course, you will feel more comfortable in your technique, your musicality and your footwork.
