This course is for the advanced dancer who is comfortable with all the essential techniques from sensual bachata (front waves, side waves, head rolls, sensual basic etc) and is able to effortlessly use and combine these in social dancing. In the course, we focus on advanced techniques, exercises, and figures built to play with and test technique. The course is based on Sensual Bachata, but incorporates flavours from both sensual, fusion and traditional bachata.

Ladies, are you ready to take your dancing to the next level? This special edition course is designed for the experienced dancer who wants to dive deeper into dance technique, body training, and the art of dancing in heels. Ane will bring all her experience from other dance genres, to make you a better general dancer, which will strengthen your foundation for bachata

You will learn an elegant choreo which will be filmed in class 7. However, the focus of the course will be not only on learning a choreography, but also on training your body to feel stronger, more stable, and more comfortable when dancing and dancing in heels.

Balance and stability in heels

Across-the-floor drills

Core conditioning & floor exercises
