This course is for the dancer who wants to improve flexibility and strength and feel more controlled and fluid in your dancing!
This course is designed for dancers who want to supplement their bachata training with targeted strength and flexibility work. You will learn exercises that improve core stability, over all strength as well mobility and flexibility – all essential for better body control and more fluid dancing, as well as injury prevention.
By the end of the course, you will feel more connected to your body, with more strength and mobility, helping you move with ease and confidence both on the dance floor and in everyday life.

LEVEL:
Open level, suitable for all Bachata House dancers (levels 1–6). Whether you are new to training or already experienced, the exercises will be adapted to your level so you can progress safely and effectively.

8 Sundays from 16:00 to 16:55, Start date: March 8th (w/ Easter break on April 5th)
