Heels is a beautiful genre of dance characterized by dynamic footwork & technique from jazz dance, show dance, ballroom and latin dances. Learning heels dance can be a challenge, especially since your legs and ankles have to re-coordinate movements you may have already mastered in flat shoes. Ane is here to make your heels dancing more smooth, graceful and empowering! The workshop is dedicated to all of you women or men who would like to learn more about dancing in heels.

INSTRUCTORS:
Ane Pastor
Originally from Spain, Ane begun her first dance steps in ballet when she was a child and also studied music in a conservatory for 5 years. Music has been present in her life for many years, but it was here, in Denmark, when she got deeply into her dancing.
Ane took a dance education in Denmark focusing on jazz, lyrical, ballet and contemporary. She is still attending many of these classes and has also travelled to the big cities of LA, Paris, and Melbourne. She has learned heels from some of the main artists like Yannis Marshall, Amy Morgan and Marissa Heart.
