Bachata House Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a monthly membership with Bachata House, you agree to the following Membership Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
Bachata House offers monthly memberships that provide access to discount and benefits for dance classes and events, as described for the membership plan you select.
Membership benefits may vary depending on the plan purchased.
2. Monthly Billing
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Bachata House or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the applicable membership fee on each billing date.
Your membership will automatically renew each month unless you cancel it
3. Membership Prices
The current membership price will be displayed on the Bachata House website before you complete your purchase.
Bachata House reserves the right to change membership prices. Where applicable, members will be notified of any price changes before the new price takes effect.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your Bachata House membership at any time through your account.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid membership period. You will generally continue to have access to your membership benefits until that period ends.
Cancelling your membership does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining portion of a paid membership period.
5. Failed Payments
If a membership payment fails, Bachata House or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.
We reserve the right to suspend access to membership benefits if payment remains outstanding.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Denmark , subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
By purchasing a Bachata House membership, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
