Bachata House I/S offers dance classes and events through the site, Bachatahouse.dk. The terms and conditions are effective between the individual user and Bachata House I/S.

These terms and conditions for usage are effective for agreements between Bachata House I/S and a physical person (from here on after “The User”) regarding this service. Only individuals who are above the age of 18 and reside in Denmark, are able to enter into agreements with Bachata House I/S regarding this service.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a collective agreement, which is valid between The User and Bachata House I/S.

To access the Service, The User is required to read and accept the Terms and Conditions.

Fees and Payment methods

Fees for using the Service must be paid according to the existing price list, which is available on the website.

Bachata House I/S accepts online payments with the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard, Mobilepay Online, ApplePay.

All prices on the website include VAT.

The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

Denmark – Kroner (DKK)

Bachata House I/S uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Levels of courses & screening

Some weekly courses have screening requirements, meaning that it is a pre-requisite for signing up to the course, that the buyer/student has had a screening by a Bachata House instructor and has receiver a green light for signing up. Registrations for courses that require screening will be cancelled if this is not complied with.

In general, Bachata House reserves the right to move students to an appropriate level, if the level the student has signed up for is not the right one. Bachata House will always offer to move the student to the correct level (free of charge) or give a refund for the remaining classes if the student does not wish to move or if the other course is full.

Registrations & refunds

For weekly classes, refunds can be given upon request up to 10 days before the start of the course. After that, refunds will not be given, but you can change the name of the reservation free of charge (remember, a leader spot cannot be sold to a follower, and the other way around). If you wish to get a refund, please send us an e-mail om bachatahousecph@gmail.com.

For events, workshops, socials etc, no refunds will be given. You can change the name of the reservation for a fee of 50DKK (remember, a leader spot cannot be sold to a follower, and the other way around).

Cancelled classes

If you miss one or more classes in a course due to illness, travel or other things, you are not entitled to a refund or to taking another class (however you can see the material from the class you missed on the student group).

If Bachata House cancels a class, you are entitled either to a refund for the cancelled class or a compensation class.
